Shipping Guidelines and Policies

– FedEx Ground shipping is estimated one to five business days after the order is placed, based on location.


– FedEx sends a generated email with tracking information after the order is shipped.


– FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APOs.

- FedEx and UPS may charge additional duties and taxes to international locations.  Heritage Maintenance Products is not responsible for these charges.


– A $20 shipping fee will be charged if the shipping address needs to be changed after the order is placed.


– If the ship-to address provided on the order is incorrect, Heritage Maintenance Products is not liable to change this or for the missing packages.

– If the wrong quantities or incorrect items are purchased, the customer will be responsible to use their preferred shipping carrier to ship the products back.
– hmpsupply.com LLC is not responsible for stolen packages after FedEx/UPS delivery confirmation.

– By submitting your order, you are agreeing the entered “ship-to” address is safe and secure for delivery without a signature required.

- We reserve the right to ship Next Day or Second Day orders via Ground service to your location.  This avoids any unnecessary "third-terminal" problems such as weather delays when the package would ship Ground in the same amount of time by avoiding or bypassing the Air terminal location.

– If ‘Signature Required’ was selected during check out, FedEx Drivers attempt 3 deliveries before the package/s is either held at the nearest FedEx Facility for pick-up or returned to Heritage Maintenance Products LLC. If the package is returned to Heritage Maintenance Products LLC, the customer is responsible for re-shipment fees.




Return Policy

Since we want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you order from HMP, we offer a full refund (minus initial shipping charge) for all merchandise returned to us within 30 days of purchase that does not meet your satisfaction. This excludes special order and/or discontinued items. Brushes that have holes drilled for clutch plates are considered special order items. Brushes or parts which are directly ordered from the OEM are subject to a 20% restocking charge if cancelled after one business day of ordering, if not already shipped. Some special order / non-stock parts are non-returnable, as well as electrical parts due to liability reasons. These parts would be described as non-returnable by customer service at time of order.

On occasion, you, the "customer", is unsure of which "part" (which may include brush bristle type, squeegee material type, motor type, wheel type, electrical part type) is needed for your machine and multiple types of the same part are ordered (referred to as "sampling" parts).  When sampling occurs, you, the customer, are responsible for the outbound freight from our shipping location(s) to your facility or home, return fees (commonly 20%), and return freight to Heritage or our shipping location(s) of the unwanted goods.  You surrender any credit card or PayPal chargeback challenge(s) to Heritage for freight charges as well as the deducted 20% restocking fee.  Once the eligible returned goods are inspected and received in good, unused, and re-sellable condition, a monetary credit will be issued back the same payment method provided to us for the original transaction.  A reminder that some special order and electrical parts may be considered non-returnable.
